Kia Cee'd: Intake And Exhaust System / Air Cleaner Repair procedures

Removal and Installation

1.	Remove the engine cover.

2.	Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

Remove the air duct and air cleaner assembly.

Tightening torque

Hose clamp bolt:

2.9 ~ 4.9N.m (0.3 ~ 0.5kgf.m, 2.2 ~ 3.6lb-ft)

Air cleaner assembly bolts:

3.9 ~ 5.9N.m (0.4 ~ 0.6kgf.m, 2.9 ~ 4.3lb-ft)

(1)	Remove the air duct(A).

(2)	Disconnect the breather hose (B) and air intake hose (C).

(3)	Remove the air cleaner assembly (D).

4.	Install in the reverse order of removal.
