Kia Cee'd: Front Bumper / Radiator Grill Repair procedures

Replacement
  
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
  
Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces to protect from marring the surface.
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
1.
Remove the front bumper cover.
(Refer to Front Bumper - "Front Bumper Cover")
2.
Loosen the radiator grill upper cover mounting clips.
3.
Unlock the lock pins (B) by pushing it up with a screwdriver or remover and then remove the radiator grill upper cover (A).

4.
Disconnect the front bumper energy absorber mounting wiring harness (C).
5.
Detach the clips (B), then remove the front bumper energy absorber (A).

6.
Remove the radiator grill mounting rivet and then loosen the screws.
7.
Unlock the lock pins (B) by pushing it up with a screwdriver or remover and then remove the radiator grill (A).

8.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
Replace any damaged clips.
