| Removal |

Release the residual pressure in the fuel line.
(Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "Release Pressure in Fuel Line")

Fold the rear seat cushion.
(Refer to Body - "Rear Seat Assembly")
|
| 3. |
Open the service cover (A) after loosening the screws (B).
|
| 4. |
Disconnect the fuel pump connector (A).
|
| 5. |
Disconnect the fuel feed quick-connector (B) and the vapor tube quick-connector
(C).
|
| 6. |
Lift the vehicle and support the fuel tank with a jack (A).
|
| 7. |
Disconnect the fuel filler hose (A), the leveling hose (B) and the ventilation
hose (C).
|
| 8. |
Remove the under cover (A) after remove the mounting nuts (B).
|
| 9. |
Remove the fuel tank mounting bolts (A) and then remove the fuel tank
(B).

Fuel tank installation bolt:
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)
