Replacement
[5Door, Waggon]
  
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
  
Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces to protect from marring the surface.
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
1.
Remove the front seat assembly.
(Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Assembly")
2.
Remove the front seat shield outer cover.
(Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Shield Outer Cover")
3.
Remove the front seat lower protector (A).

4.
Disconnect the front seat heater connectors (A).

5.
Push the lock pin (B), remove the front seat headrest (A).

6.
Remove the front seat back cover lower protector (A).

7.
Remove the front seat back cover side's protector (A).

8.
Remove the front seat back cover side's protector (A).

9.
Remove the front seat back cover (A) to direction of the arrow.

10.
Pull out the headrest guides (A) while pinching the end of the guides, and remove them.

11.
Remove the front seat back cover (A) from the front seat frame.

12.
After removing the hog-ring clips (A) on the rear of seat back and remove the front seat back cover (B).

13.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
To prevent wrinkles, make sure the material is stretched evenly over the cover (B) before securing the hog-ring clips (A).
Replace the hog-ring clips with new ones using special tool [C (09880-4F000)].

Remove the front seat assembly.

2.
Remove the front seat shield outer cover.
(Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Shield Outer Cover")
3.
Remove the front seat shield inner cover.
(Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Shield Inner Cover")
4.
Remove the front seat lower protector (A).

5.
Disconnect the connectors (A).

6.
Remove the front seat side's cover (A).

7.
Push the lock pin (B), remove the front seat headrest (A).

8.
Remove the front seat back cover lower protector (A).

9.
Remove the front seat back cover side's protector (A).

10.
Remove the front seat back cover side's protector (A).

11.
Remove the side's velcro tape (A).

12.
Remove the front seat back cover (A) to direction of the arrow.

13.
Pull the front seat back cover (A) upward.

14.
Remove front seat folding lever cable (A) to direction of the arrow.

15.
Pull the front seat folding lever (A).

16.
Remove the front seat folding lever cable (A).

17.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the front seat folding lever cover (A).

18.
Pull out the headrest guides (A) while pinching the end of the guides, and remove them.

19.
Remove the front seat back cover (A) from the front seat frame.

20.
After removing the hog-ring clips (A) on the rear of seat back and remove the front seat back cover (B).

21.
Install in the reverse order of removal.

Replace the hog-ring clips with new ones using special tool [C (09880-4F000)].
